Tom Nowell and his team are true craftsmen that take great pride in their work. They turned our plain concrete back patio into a beautifully crafted full color bluestone patio. Then, like a puzzle, they painstakingly fit together the concrete rubble from the patio into a very attractive low retaining wall at the end of our backyard. Tom Nowell created an oasis at my home…the small garden in the backyard was an extension of my area to entertain guests, relax with a book, or just drink coffee in a serene area.
